Paint the school building fence

     Wat Nara Charoen Suk School is a community school located at 122 Moo 2, Lipa Noi Subdistrict, Koh Samui District, Surat Thani Province. It is a medium-sized school with approximately 150 students from kindergarten to Grade 6. Marasca Samui will be a part of supporting, improving and developing the areas where the hotel still needs assistance, including educational activities, buildings, and public utilities, continuously and sustainably.

 

    

     We went to paint the school building fence, clean it up to create a good atmosphere for the students, and check the equipment in the student canteen. The school needs support in changing the water filter for consumption for the students to ensure good hygiene.

We fulfilled our promise to change water filters at the school to provide good hygiene for the children. We also participated in providing snacks and milk to the students during lunch break and brought the activity of flowers in glass bottles for the students in grades 1-3 and the activity of Eco painting in Canvas bags from flowers for the students in grades 4-6 to teach the students. The children gained knowledge and had a lot of fun doing the activities.

This Earth Day, Marasca Khao Yai proudly continued our tradition of hands-on conservation with a contribution to Khao Yai National Park through our Marasca Care program. We rolled up our sleeves to construct artificial salt licks, a crucial project that supports the park's ecosystem. These salt licks deliver essential minerals such as sodium, calcium, and potassium directly to the wildlife, helping to sustain their health and keep them safely within their natural environment. This initiative not only nourishes the park's animals but also curtails their need to venture into nearby communities in search of these vital nutrients.
