General FAQs

  • When can I check-in?

    Check-in time is at 3.00 pm.

  • When do I check-out?

    Check-out time is at 12.00 pm.

  • What if I arrive early, or would like to check out later?

    Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Arriving early or need that extra hour of sleep? We’ll do our very best to accommodate your request based on availability – kindly let us know in advance. If unavailable, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. Late check-out fees may apply.

  • Can I change or cancel my booking?

    Need to make a change? Our change and cancellation terms are different per type of booking. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions which explain in full the different options available. These can be found on the website during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

Marasca Khao Yai

  • How do I get there?

    Marasca Khao Yai is located in Pakchong District of Nakhonratchasima, about 2.5 hours drive from Bangkok CBD, Donmuang Airport and Suvarnbhumi Airport or you can find us in google map here.

  • Is Marasca Khao Yai pet-friendly?

    As a Pet Friendly Destination, we are happy to welcome your special family member (AKA your pets) at Marasca, no matter their size, weight or breed. However, every rule has its exceptions, unfortunately we can not accommodate untamed and untrained animals or those that may be poisonous or dangerous by nature. This includes cobras, frogs, spiders, monkeys and you name it. 

    • Your first pet is absolutely free-of-charge! (Weight 0-7 kilograms) 
    • You additional pets will be charged at THB 1,500/ per pet/ per night (Weight 0-14 kilograms) 
    • Any pets weight above 15 kilograms will have an additional charge of THB 2,500/per pet/ per night

  • Which accommodation and areas are my pet allowed?
    • Pet-Friendly Home Haven Villa is the accommodation type designated for your furry friends. 
    • Sharing our community common space, we provide designated pet areas including the ground floor of Tree Top: tea house &  farmer’s Cafe, Homegrown vegetable garden and The Meadow.  Pets are to be accompanied, leashed and supervised within Marasca premises at all times. 
    • To refrain pets from accidentally taking a sip of your delicious drink or burning their lovely tail, we have a “NO PET” policy at the 2nd Floor of our Tree Top tea house & farmer’s café as well as the Stardeck. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and table tops, as well as not to chew or claw on our décor.  We also hope you understand that your pets CANNOT enter the Playscape, our playground area.

Marasca Koh Samui

  • What is your Booking and Cancellation Policy?

    Our hotel offers various rate plans tailored to the needs and preferences of our guests. Each plan is designed with flexibility and value in mind, ensuring a range of options for all types of stays. Below are our rate plan categories and their respective payment and cancellation policies:

    1. Flexible Escape Plan:
      • Room Type: All room types with breakfast included.
      • Payment Policy: Payment terms are flexible.
      • Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the total amount of the stay will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will also be charged. During peak periods (21 December 2024 to 6 January 2025), the cancellation period extends to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
    2. Early Bird Escape Plan:
      • Room Type: All room types with breakfast included.
      • Payment Policy: Full payment is required in advance.
      • Cancellation Policy: This plan is non-refundable and does not allow for cancellations or amendments.
    3. Escape Longer & Save Plan:
      • Room Type: All room types with breakfast included.
      • Requirement: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
      • Payment Policy: Full payment is required in advance.
      • Cancellation Policy: This plan is non-refundable and does not allow for cancellations or amendments.
    4. Last Minute Escape Plan:
      • Room Type: All room types with breakfast included.
      • Payment Policy: Payment terms are flexible.
      • Cancellation Policy: Follows the same policy as the Flexible Escape Plan, requiring notice within 7 days prior to the check-in date to avoid charges. In case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

    General Notes:

    • Membership Benefits: Members may be eligible for additional discounts on top of the standard rate plans.
    • All rates include breakfast unless otherwise specified.
    • Policies may be subject to change, especially during peak occupancy periods or special events. Guests are encouraged to review terms at the time of booking.
