A continued partnership rooted in community care, learning through play, and everyday support in Koh Samui
A Longstanding Connection
At Marasca Samui, care extends beyond the shoreline. Our relationship with Wat Naracharoen School has grown steadily over the years a quiet commitment to supporting education and wellbeing within our island community. This December, we were grateful to once again take part in the school’s Year-End Happiness Project, a day filled with thoughtful touches and meaningful interaction.
Making Learning Feel Light
Together with our friends at Cabanas Beach Club Koh Samui and the school’s teachers, we created a series of English skill–building booths. These small, playful stations helped students practice language skills through games and conversation, designed not just for learning, but for laughter too. It was a reminder that when learning feels light, it sticks.
Snacks, Stationery & Support
Beyond the booths, our team shared snacks, milk, and stationery supplies with the students, simple items that go a long way in brightening the school day. We also returned to a project close to our hearts: the school medicine cabinet, which Marasca originally helped install. We’ve restocked it with essential household medicines to ensure it continues to serve both the students and their surrounding community.
Beyond the Classroom
Our time at Wat Naracharoen is never just a visit — it’s a way of reinforcing the bonds that make this island feel like home. Supporting schools in Koh Samui is part of how we see hospitality: not only about comfort, but about connection, care, and presence where it counts.
Just Enough Quiet, Just Enough Joy
Whether it’s a fresh notebook, a new word learned, or a shared smile — the day was full of the kind of moments that matter. We’ll continue to show up, to listen, and to support — because that’s what #MarascaCare is all about.
