A Sustainable Collaboration Between Marasca Samui, Cabanas Beach Club, and the Local Community At Marasca, we believe sustainability goes beyond reducing waste — it’s about turning everyday actions into meaningful impact. In line with this vision, Marasca Samui and Cabanas Beach Club Koh Samui, led by Mr. Alex Magaton, General Manager, visited Wat Naracharoensuk School to support an ongoing community initiative rooted in circular living and environmental education.

At Marasca Samui, we believe that meaningful travel extends beyond beautiful destinations, it’s about making a lasting impact. Our latest community initiative reflects our commitment to education, healthy living, and climate action, all in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We fulfilled our promise to change water filters at the school to provide good hygiene for the children. We also participated in providing snacks and milk to the students during lunch break and brought the activity of flowers in glass bottles for the students in grades 1-3 and the activity of Eco painting in Canvas bags from flowers for the students in grades 4-6 to teach the students. The children gained knowledge and had a lot of fun doing the activities.

Wat Nara Charoen Suk School is a community school located at 122 Moo 2, Lipa Noi Subdistrict, Koh Samui District, Surat Thani Province. It is a medium-sized school with approximately 150 students from kindergarten to Grade 6. Marasca Samui will be a part of supporting, improving and developing the areas where the hotel still needs assistance, including educational activities, buildings, and public utilities, continuously and sustainably.
